Lexicode teaches software engineering terms through Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a feed and daily reminders.
Add a widget to the Home Screen
- Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
- Tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Lexicode.
- Pick the small or the medium widget, tap Add Widget, then Done.
Add a widget to the Lock Screen
- Touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then Lock Screen.
- Tap the area under the time.
- Tap Lexicode, pick a widget, then tap Done.
Choose what a widget shows
Touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget, and pick its Source and Style. In the app, Profile, Widgets shows these steps with a short recording.
A term is wrong, or missing
Open the term, tap More actions (the three dots), then Report, and say what is wrong. To suggest a new term, search for it and tap Suggest. Reports carry no name and no e-mail address.
Premium
Manage or cancel Premium in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. On a new iPhone, open Profile, Subscription in Lexicode and tap Restore Purchases.
Your terms on another iPhone
With iCloud on for Lexicode (Settings, your name, iCloud), your saved terms, collections, hidden terms and streak follow you to every iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.
